A federal judge set a hearing over whether the administration deported a two-year-old U.S. citizen to Honduras with, in his words, “no meaningful process.” The judge, Terry Doughty, was appointed by Trump himself. It was one of a documented pattern of cases where courts found people, including some with citizenship claims, were removed in defiance of court orders.
